How does Direct Messaging coaching work?
It’s SO easy peasy!
- You choose the Direct Message coaching option that works best for you
- Within 24 hours of you purchasing your coaching, I’ll DM you on Instagram from the @catladyacademy Instagram account to initiate our coaching session
- If you choose the single-issue option, I’ll ask you what you’d like help with, and we’ll work through your issue over the course of a few DMs
- If you choose an ongoing option, first I’ll ask what things you’d like to talk about over the course of our session. Then we’ll chat through DM over the following few weeks, where I’ll provide ongoing guidance, strategies to help you with the issues you’d like to cover, and answer any other questions that might come up as you put my guidance into practice!
